How To Make White Chocolate Cranberry Granola Without Nuts
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Adjust oven rack to upper-middle section of the oven.
Combine oats, salt, and brown sugar. Set aside.
In a smaller bowl, combine oil, agave, and vanilla.
Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients and mix.
Pour into a parchment-lined baking sheet and pack down with a spatula.
Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.
After granola has cooled, break into pieces and add the white chocolate chips and dried cranberries. This will ensure the cranberries are soft and the white chocolate chips don't melt!
Note
Be sure not to add the cranberries prior to cooking or they will turn out overly chewy and dry.
